You’re not selling a plan.
You’re selling a dream physique.
I was with my gym trainer the other day.
Same field. Same audience. Obviously.
And something clicked.
No one wakes up excited about
sets & reps, macro breakdowns, or weekly spreadsheets.
They wake up wanting to look shredded.
To feel confident as f*ck in public.
Yet most coaches sell the process, not the promise.
Your plan is insignificant at first.
The dream physique is the main goal.
That’s why people ignore
“12-week hypertrophy split”
And run to the coach who promises
abs before summer
or stopping them from looking skinny or fat.
Because the promise makes people notice.
“Who is this shredded, lean 190-lb mf?”
That reaction sells.
That’s why technically good coaches stay broke
and average coaches with clear messaging win.
Clarity beats complexity.
Complexity confuses.
And confused people never buy.
If your content sounds like a textbook,
you’ll attract students not buyers.
Sell the dream physique first.
Then gradually justify it with the plan.
